MILENA & OLGA
The technology platform, which is referred to as ‘MILENA’ and ‘OLGA’ use thermochemical recycling to chemically recycle plastics. Similar to the traditional Pyrolysis methods, Synova’s technology platform transforms waste plastics into their original building blocks which can be used to create new, circular plastics but without the extensive sorting of the various forms of plastics. The entire process can be fueled from the residual tars, reducing the cost of operation and the overall carbon footprint.
Circular Supply Chain
Synova’s technology is in support of the circular supply chain which diverts plastics from landfills and the environment and creates new and valuable products that displace virgin materials. This will inevitably create a secondary market for used plastic, creating financial incentives to clean up our oceans, waterways and landfills once and for all.
