SYNOVA has started the development of several commercial demonstration plants for different leading chemical companies in different locations in the world.
Waste-to-Olefins Plant
SABIC, Technip Energies, and SYNOVA have started a cooperation with the objective to develop and realize a (first) commercial waste-to-olefins plant integrated with one of SABIC’s petrochemical plants.
Depolymerisation plant
Trinseo has announced that it will build a 2 t/h commercial demonstration project in Belgium using SYNOVA technologies to depolymerize polystyrene-rich waste into styrene monomer.
Process Development Unit
Our development partner TNO operates a 5-10 kg/h PDU unit that is used for testing the different applications on many different feedstock.
Other
SYNOVA is conducting a number of studies, testing and engineering projects with other clients, aiming to validate the technology and to develop plants for waste to chemicals.
